One way or full day
Abu Dhabi to Dubai Transfer
- Fixed price confirmed in writing before you travel
- Sedan, SUV and group bus options
- Flight tracking on every airport pickup
About this transfer
Whether you're splitting a UAE trip across both cities, catching a flight out of Dubai International, or simply want to see Dubai for a day without renting a car, the drive between Abu Dhabi and Dubai is one of the most booked routes in the country, and one of the easiest to get overcharged on if you're arranging it at the curb. We price it the same way for every booking, fixed, confirmed in writing, no surprises when you arrive.
Two ways to book this route. A one way transfer takes you from A to B and that's it, the right choice if you're relocating hotels or heading to a flight. A full day charter keeps the same vehicle and driver with you for up to ten hours, waiting while you handle meetings, shopping or sightseeing in Dubai before bringing you home the same evening, which often works out better value than two separate one way trips plus a full day of Dubai taxis in between.
Landing at Dubai International and heading straight to your Abu Dhabi hotel? That's covered here too, under the arrival pricing below, with parking charges already included.

Questions people ask us
How much is a private transfer from Abu Dhabi to Dubai?
From AED 345 one way for a sedan carrying up to three guests, AED 400 for an SUV, and AED 805 upward for group buses. A full day round trip with the vehicle and driver waiting in Dubai starts from AED 920 for a sedan.
How long does the drive take?
Roughly ninety minutes each way under normal traffic, though this can extend during peak hours or on Thursday and Friday evenings when cross-emirate traffic is heaviest.
Should I book one way or a full day round trip?
One way suits a single journey, relocating hotels or heading to a flight. A full day charter, where the same vehicle and driver wait for you in Dubai for up to ten hours, usually works out better value than a one way transfer plus a day of separate Dubai taxis if you're spending the whole day there.
Can you pick us up from Dubai International Airport?
Yes, for sedan and SUV bookings, priced at AED 400 and AED 450 respectively with parking charges included. For group bus pickups direct from Dubai Airport, contact us for a specific quote, as our published bus rates are based on Abu Dhabi departure.
Is this cheaper than taking a taxi from Dubai?
Generally yes for groups of two or more, since a Dubai taxi to Abu Dhabi is metered and can run higher than our fixed rate once you're past the city limits, with no guarantee the driver knows the route as well or is comfortable making the return trip.
Can I book a bus for a group travelling between the cities?
Yes, both 30 and 50 seat coaches run this route, either as a one way drop or a full day charter with the bus and driver waiting in Dubai for your group.
How much notice do you need for this route?
A minimum of three hours for standard bookings. For full day charters or larger buses, we'd recommend booking at least a day ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle.
